Once spring hit, Jerry tried doing the work on an available Saturday, but EVERY SINGLE Saturday seemed to rain. That didn’t stop Compass Rose from swinging by on a Sunday with good weather to get the job done. I got pictures throughout the project as they tore up the old roof, fixed the rafters, and put on new shingles to demonstrate their progress. I got some other roof work on my new house, and Compass Rose will be the roofing company I’ll be working with to get it done.

The owner is... Read More wonderful to work with. He went the extra mile to ensure that we were pleased with his work. The job was a little tricky due to dormers and corners, but not for them!! They made it seem so easy! Replaced all the flashing better than previously installed and updated one section per manufacturer instructions because it had incorrect material due to the pitch. He did a few extras for us without adding more money to the contract (installed a vent from our bathroom fan and replaced some cedar boards that blew off the dormer during a storm) which was extremely helpful. The crew cleaned up everything....not even one nail remained behind. We enjoyed chatting with the owner who is very personable. He even offered to come back to help us with something that was not part of the contract!!! I would have no reservations about hiring them again. Excellent company.
